- Break basil leaves with fingers and sprinkle over.
- FYI - I used this extra firm tofu from Trader’s Joe.
- FYI - olive oil spray is just for convenience. Of course regular olive oil is as good!
Cut tofu to desired size and shape; set aside. In a small pot add vinegar and sugar and set it to medium-high heat..
