  2. Once they cool down, open the cooker and take out the mangoes - Discard the skin and take out pulp with a spoon.
  3. When the pulp cools down take it to a blender and add spices and grated jaggery. - Note: you can melt jaggery before adding to the pulp
  4. Give a nice churn so that mango chunks become paste nicely blended with spices.
  5. This will a thick pulpy mass - Add chilled water and ice cubes - Add chopped mint leaves for garnish - Serve chilled
