20. Prepare 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
21. Prepare 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
22. Take rice
23. Get 5 cups long grain rice
24. Take 1 1/2 quart water
25. Prepare 2 tbsp cayenne pepper powder
26. Get 2 tsp salt
27. Get 2 tbsp ground black pepper
28. Prepare 1 can chicken broth or beef your choice (15 ounces)
29. Make ready 1/2 stick butter
