- Get 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1/4 cup desi ghee(can take little more)
- Get 1/2 cup jaggery (Powered /grated)
- Take 1 tsp soaf(fennel seeds)
- Take 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
- Get 10-12 Almonds chopped

- Heat ghee in a heavy bottom wok. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low flame. Stir continuesly.
- Add soaf, ginger powder and almonds in it.
- When the flour turned brown and smells aromatic.add jaggery powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stir continuesly.
- Let it cool. Transfer it into serving bowl.Garnish with almonds.
