- Make ready 2 lb Mussel Cleaned
- Prepare 1 Onionchopped -

- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add sliced onion and curry leaves.
- When onion becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
- Add all masala, salt and sauté for a min or two.
- Add diced Tomato and stir until the gravy gets thick
- Add mussel, cover with a lid stirring occasionally
- After 10-15 minutes, add rice flour and heat for another 5 minutes
- Enjoy Mussel fry with hot rice or roti :)
