  3. Use all the remaining strawberry water in boiling the rice.
  4. Rice should be thick.
  5. On the other hand in a small bowl add sugar, white wine and one tspn salt in it.
  6. Mix it very well so that sugar is dissolved in it.
  7. After dissolving, pour this in the boiling rice.
  8. Mix it very well so that it is combined to each other.
  9. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  10. Now take a big mixing bowl and add blanched strawberries in it.
  11. Mash it properly and add cooked rice,salt, cornflour and chat masala to it.
  12. Mix it very well and properly.
  13. Then make heart shape cutlets with cookie cutter.
  14. On the other hand heat the flat pan and brush it with oil.
  15. Put one by one all the cutlets on the heated pan.
  16. But the cutlets should not be very close to each other.
  17. Switch the gas to medium low.
  18. When starts getting light red in colour and crisp from the bottom, flip it.
  19. The cutlets should be red and crisp from both the sides.
  20. When gets crisp and red then transfer it to the plate.
  21. Serve hot with mayonnaise, green chutney or ketchup.
  22. The dip is of your choice.
  23. The tangy taste of short rice cooked in white wine makes this cutlet more tastier.
