- preheat oven to 130deg
- line an oven tray with greaseproof paper. Draw a circle on paper approx 20cm circumference.
- In a large a clean, dry bowl use mixer to whip up egg whites till peaks form
- gradually add sugar
- mix on high for about 10 minutes until sugar has disolved and mix is quite thick and glossy
- add cornflour and vinegar and mix through
- pile mix onto tray. you Can smooth off or leave peaky
- cook for 1 hour 15 mins
- leave to cool in oven without opening oven to look until completely cooled
- when completely cooled top with whipped cream an strawberrys, or fruit of your choice
