Instructions to make Green Jackfruit Masala:
  1. Cut the Jackfruit in medium size pieces, cut the potatoes in 4 pc. Marinate the Jackfruit pieces with Turmeric powder 1/2, Slight Salt and Vinegar and keep aside.
  2. Make a paste of 1 onion and Garlic cloves. Take 2 onions cut, add salt, sugar, Curd, spices dust and onion-garlic paste. Add mustard Oil 3/4(75ml) in it.
  3. Add jackfruit pieces in the masla and mix well. Keep the marinated Jackfruits aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a pressure cooker and place the same in medium heat gas oven, add 25ml (1/4) mustard oil, and whole spices in it. Add marinated jackfruits and cook in high heat for 5 minutes. Add potato pieces as shown in picture.
  5. Pressure cook in low heat for 25 minutes and keep aside it for 10 minutes for cooling. Open up the lid and mix well. Serve hot.
