  4. When broccolini is fork tender add your pasta and toss with oil garlic and broccolini. Add oregano, parsley and crushed red pepper. Cook until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Plate your pasta and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Serve with a warmed slightly toasted loaf of buttered Italian bread, sliced.

In large sautee pan, heat olive oil, garlic & red pepper over medium heat until garlic begins turning golden. Drain the pasta & add to the Broccolini.
