  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. Get 2 tsp oil
  4. Get 1 pinch salt
  5. Take as needed Water for kneading the dough
  6. Take 1 1/2 cup fresh green chickpeas

  8. Get 1 1/2 tsp gram flour
  9. Make ready 2-3 green chilli
  10. Make ready 1 tsp amchur powder
  11. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Prepare 1 pinch asafoetida
  15. Prepare to taste Salt
  16. Prepare as needed Oil/Ghee for cooking

Steps to make Hare Chane ka Paratha:
  1. In a bowl take wheat flour add in salt, oil and knead a soft dough with the help of water.
  2. Apply oil on the dough and cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. For the filling: Wash the hara chana nicely.
  4. In a pan take water and boil the hara chana for 10 mins.
  5. Once done strain out the water nicely.
  6. In a grinder add the hara chana and green chillies grind them to a coarse paste.
  7. Do not add water while grinding the hara chana.
  8. Take out the grinded hara chana paste in a bowl.
  9. Next dry roast besan in another pan until it turns slightly aromat and keep it ready.
  10. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida then add grinded hara chana and cook for 3-4 mins.
  11. Add coriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala and salt cook for another 2-3 mins.
  12. Now add roasted besan mix it well and cook until the mixture is slightly dry.
  13. Once done let the mixture cool down complately.
  14. For the paranthas- Take a big size portion of the dough and roll it into 3-4" diameter.
  15. Add 2-3 tbsp of the filling and start making the pleats so that you can seal the dough around the edges.
  16. Gently roll out the dough into 6" diameter.
  17. Carefully place it on a hot tawa and cook nicely from both the sides using ghee or oil.
  18. Serve hot with homemade yogurt, mango pickle and butter.
