- Coat the paneer with little turmeric powder,salt and chilli powder and shallow fry it.
- In a pan dry roast the besan powder and keep aside
- In a pan add the oil and ghee then add the cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom, cinnamon stick to this then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Once its sauted add the chilli,coriander, turmeric, cumin and garam masala powder then add the tomatos.
- Once the oil shows up above the mixture add the besan and then the curd.then mix it well.
- Add sufficient water and boil the gravy.once it starts boiling add the paneer and cook under low flame.add the kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
- Add the coriander leaves and turn of the flame.serve hot
