  2. Prepare 4 Garlic Cloves

  1. Sprinkle 1 Tsp flour over the Dough. Knead again and make small balls.
  2. Chop onion and garlic cloves. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Black Salt and 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder on it. Add pinch of turmeric powder and toss everything.
  3. Roll Paratha.
  4. Drizzle oil in pan. Put the Paratha.Add the onion mixture on one side.
  5. Gently flip when one side gets cooked. Cook till both side gets cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
