The ingredients needed to make Bok Choy:
  1. Prepare 1 lb Bok Choy
  2. Get 4-6 Black Mushrooms (or any type that you like really)
  3. Take 2-3 tbls oil
  4. Take 1/4 cup Chicken or vegetable stock
  5. Take 1/2 tsp sugar
  6. Prepare 1 tsp corn starch dissolved in 2 tbls water
  7. Get to taste Salt & pepper
Steps to make Bok Choy:
  1. Prep: chop and dice the Bok Choy; separating the leaves. Dice/slice mushrooms
  2. Heat oil and saute Bok Choy for 1 minute.
  3. Add leaves & salt; saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and stock; boil.
  5. Mix in sugar and corn starch. Serve!
