- Prepare 2 glasses milk
- Take 4 Green cardamoms
- Make ready 1 black cardamom
- Prepare 8-10 black pepper seeds

- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Make ready 1 pinch nutmeg
- Take 2 tsp jaggery powder (shakkar)

Steps to make Masala Milk:
- Boil milk in a pan. Slow the flame when milk comes to boiling point. Let it simmer on low flame till it is 1/3rd.
- In the meanwhile coarsely grind all the ingredients like green and black cardamom, black pepper seeds, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
- Mix coarsely ground mixture in the milk. Add turmeric powder and allow it to simmer on low flame for 5 minutes. Add shakkar. Now pour it in serving glasses through the sieve.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped pistachio.
