Instructions to make Raw Capsicum Paratha:
  1. Mix flour, salt, oil (if needed), ajwain and water to make a soft dough.
  2. Now take capsicums and finely chop them, can use a chopper for nice chopping. Add salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala in capsicum and mix well.
  3. Now divide the prepared dough into small equal size balls. - Take one ball and roll with a rolling pin. Make a small roti and place little capsicum stuffing on the center. - Cover from all the sides, dust some flour and roll again to make parantha.
  4. Heat a tawa and place the stuffed parantha on the tawa and roast it from both sides by greasing it with oil or ghee.
  5. Another way is to take one ball and roll it fully and keep little stuffing in the center and fold all four sides like envelop press lightly and shallow fry from both sides on tawa.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or pickle of your choice.
