- Add Salt, Green Chillies, buttermilk and Ginger. Grind the mixture to fine paste.
- (For those who want to use unfermanted batter). Keep it aside and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Beat it till fluffy.
- (For those who want to use fermanted batter). Keep it aside and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours. A fold it nicely.
- Spread the batter on hot dosa tawa.
- Serve hot with chutney or Sambhar
- Note- Instead of Yellow Mung Dal. (Rajma, split green mung dal, Masoor dal, Mix dal etc can be used)
