- Get Dhokli ingredients
- Take 3 cup Wheat flour
- Get Pani as your require for making dough
- Prepare Daal ingredients
- Prepare 125 gm mung ki dal
- Prepare 125 gm masoor ki daal
- Take 2 clove garlic
- Get 3 green chilli
- Get 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Prepare 1 tsp ref chilli powder

- Prepare 1 big spoon oil
- Take 2/2 tsp white zeera
- Prepare 3 _5 whole red chilli
This dish serves as a beautiful combination of required carbs, fibre and protein. In a saucepot, add ghee, cumin seeds, tovar dal, moong dal, split masoor dal mix well. Add water, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well and let it cook. For Dulhan; In a mixing bowl, add Whole wheat flour, ragi flour, salt to taste and water need the dough well and keep it aside.
Instructions to make Daal ki Duhlan(daal dhokli):
- Ek pot me daal wash kar ke is me pani add Karen aur boiled hona per is me se jaag nikal kar lahsan, green chilli,haldi powder
- , red chilli powder,salt dal kar pakein jab gal Jay to ghount Lein.
- .Phir ek blow me ata dal kar pani mix kar ke dough bana Lein.aur is ke balls bana kar bal kar diffetent shape me cutting kar Lein aur daal me dal kar 15 se 20 minutes
- Cook karein aur pher traka lagein.
- Traka,: - - Ek pan oil dal kar white zeera, whole red chilli dal brown karein aur daal me traka lagein. Daal ki Duhlan(Daal dhokli) ready. - Aur achar ke sath serve karein.
In UP and some parts of Bihar, the dumplings are made in slightly different shape and they are called dal ki dulhan. The dal for Dal Dhokli should be watery.
