Using naan bread not only saves time but it is great for portion control. The only difference between this recipe and most pizza recipes is that It doesn't include a tomato sauce on the base.
Instructions to make Pizza:
- Place flour in a deep bowl. Then add salt, sugar and mix well. Then add wet ings like melted butter, egg, yeast then mix again. And start to knead. Do it for 5 mins, then place in a bowl cover with towel or cling wrap then set aside for an hour.
- After an hour,remove it and punch it to release air then knead again and take a rolling pin to flatten.
- Form a round shape and put it in a round moulder or plate.Take a fork and poke the dough. Brush tomato on the surface.
- Then sprinkle chesse, then add pineapple and bacon then lastly add cheese again
- Preheat oven for 250c then bake for 18 to 20 mins
