- Get 2 tbsp lemon juice

- Prepare For Imli pani: -
- Get 100 gms jaggery
- Take 1 cup tamarind pulp
- Make ready 1 tsp chaat masala
- Prepare to taste Black salt
- Take to taste Salt
Steps to make "Pani Puri":
- FOR PURI:- Add semolina in a bowl. Add maida. Mix well. Knead the flour with lukewarm water. Grease dough with oil and keep aside for 20 minutes. Again knead flour for 10 minutes. Then make small puris.
- FOR MIXTURE: - Mix well all the ingredients.
- FOR PHUDINA PANI: - Grind well and add 2 glass chilled water.
- FOR IMLI PANI:- Grind well and add 2 glass chilled water.
- Serve chilled.
