- Get warm water

A simple noodles is converted into a full meal. Now add the jowar to the same blender and puree again till smooth. It wont get smooth, but try to get as smooth as possible. Dont add too much water, add little by little.
Instructions to make Jowar Noodles:
- Prepare a soft dough using jowar, salt and warm water. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Shape into 2 cylindrical logs. Grease a chakli, gathia maker with oil, put the dough in and press down to make noodles. Steam these noodles in a steamer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside covered with a wet cloth.
- In a wok, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and onions and saute on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add alm the other vegetables and saute on high flame for 1 minute.
- Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, vinegar and some of the sesame seeds. Mix well. Now add the noodles and toss everything untill well combined. Enjoy hot!
