1. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to three-fifths of the cooked rice and mix to make brown-colored rice. Wrap two-thirds of the brown rice in plastic wrap and form the face.
2. Split the remaining one-third in half and wrap each half to mold the ears.
3. Divide the remaining white rice into three portions at a ratio of 1:2:1 and use wrap to create the fluffy neckline.
4. Pack the face, ears, and neckline into a bento box. Surround with side dishes for visual appeal.
5. Use small scissors to cut nori into the eyes, ears, mouth and nose. Cut the processed cheese with the point of a toothpick or a craft punch to create the sparkle on the eyes.
6. Attach the nori and sliced cheese parts onto the face and you're done! There's no need to microwave this so it's easy.
