- Take a bowl,add oats powder, 2tbsp besan,2tbsp yogurt.

- Mix it well,add water slowly.Consistancy of the batter should be semi thick.Do not make the batter thin.Batter is ready.Rest for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the flame and heat non stick tawa. on high flame,now turn the flame low.Pour batter on tawa.Gently spread it, cover with the lid.cook it for 5 minutes then flip it till golden brown.Oats chilla is ready to serve with yogurt.There is no use of oil.
