- Add 2 tbspn of ghee once the ghee is heated add Hing,turmeric powder and green chillies, then add all the chopped veggies,peas and sautee it for a min.
- Then add garam masala,pavbhaji masala and mix it.
- Now add the oats and 1 1/2 cup water then add salt and stir it. Then cover it with the lid and pressure cook it untill 3 whistles
- After 3 whistles wait untill the pressure cooker cools downs only after then you open the lid.
- Your Khichdi is ready transfer it into the serving plate and garnish it with coriander
- Serve it hot to your guest on the special occasion of sankranti
