- Strain this mixture. Pour it in greased moulds. If the mixture is started to set, switch on flame, heat the mixture for few seconds & then pour in moulds.
- Let it come on room temperature & then refrigerate them for 2hr or until they set.
- To easily demould, place these moulds in warm water for few seconds, then tap, they come out easily.
- Garnish with silver sugar balls, tutti fruiti.
- Delicious Mango Jelly is ready.
