Toss tomatillos, white onion, and jalapeños with vegetable oil on a sheet tray, and season with salt and pepper.   3. Season tomatillos and peppers in roasting pan
  4. Roast at 450 for 30 min
  5. Remove core of tomatillos and pepper stems.
  6. Use electric chopper to finely chop peppers, tomatillos, & garlic
  7. Add water/broth, seasoning, and blended mixture to sausepan.
  8. Simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes
  9. Remove from heat then add lime juice and cilantro, stir well
  10. Serve hot or cold. Store in fridge or freezer.
