Steps to make Mutton karahi:
- First of all cut meat into pieces. Wash it and put in strainer. Also cut onion, tomatoes and put aside.
- Take oil in a deep pan, add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add mutton and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now put it in one side of the pan and vacate the other side.
- In the empty side of pan put tomatoes, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, green chillies, red chillies, masala and sprinkle salt. Also add water.
- Now cover tomatoes under the already cooked meat and other ingredients.
- Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cover and mix all ingredients and cook for more 5 minutes on low flame.
- Now delicious meat karahi is ready serve with raita or what ever you want 😊.
