- Add millet flour and rice flour in a bowl.
- Add onion into it.
- Add green chilli, capsicum
- Add garam masala 1/2 tsp and kasuri methi
- Add salt as per your taste; add ginger-garlic powder
- Add water gradually to prepare a batter
- Add chopped fresh mint leaves or crushed dry mint leaves
- Leave it to rest for 10 minutes
- Spread oil with tissue paper on a non-stick pan
- Pour batter and spread it
- Let it cook on low flame
- Add oil on it after you see the holes forming
- Flip it and apply oil on this side too
- Now it's ready to serve with green chutney
