5. In a pan heat sugar and the 1 tsp lemon juice to dissolve sugar.
6. Cook the sugar continuously, on low flame, till bubbles form on sugar. This indicates the formation of 2 strands of thickness of sugar.
7. Then add salt and chili powder. Sauté for 1 minute. Put off the flame.
8. Add the chopped lemon and mix nicely for 2 to 3 minutes.
