  1. Take 3 kg raw Mango
  2. Prepare 200 grm coriander whole

  6. Prepare 100 grm kalwanji
  7. Prepare 300 grm fennel seeds (saunf)

  12. Prepare 200 grm rock salt (black salt)
  13. Prepare 50 ml vinegar
  14. Prepare 1 kg mustard oil
Instructions to make Mango Achar:
  1. Add 1/2 kg oil add all ingredients except salt and vinegar.
  2. Stir fry keeping mixture just wet for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Keri / raw Mango cook for 5 to 7 minutes till mango become soft.
  4. Add vinegar and remove from flame add 1/2 kg oil and set aside.
  5. Allow to cool and store in jar or bottle.
  6. Ready to eat.
