- Get 8-10 tomatoes
- Get 2 green chillies
- Prepare 1 tsp salt
- Make ready 2-3 glass water
- Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Maqluba (up-side down in Arabic) is a popular Palestinian dish. Maqluba (means upside down in Arabic) is a very popular dish among Palestinians and Jordanians alike, they get really excited when. Maqluba or Maqlooba is an upside down rice dish that is very versatile. Maqluba is a one dish meal made traditionally with cauliflower or eggplants.

- In a wok and oil, mutton and all the spices. Mix well.

- Add the rice in layer over the vegetables. Add the mutton stock according to your rice (like in pulao) and let it cook on medium low flame till bubbles appear and water is absorbed.
- Meanwhile blend together the ingredients for tomato soup and pour into the sauce pan. Cook till the soup is thick.
- Now cover the rice and put the flame to lowest. Cook for 10 mins.
